Host your next meeting at the Youth Opportunity Center!

Youth Opportunity Center at YouthLink

Opening Doors of Opportunity for Community Partnerships

Being located in downtown Minneapolis has many benefits for the young people we serve . . . did you also know that our doors are open to businesses and organizations in our community?

The Youth Opportunity Center (YOC) spaces are not only flexible and effective for young people, but also available for our community neighbors to host meetings and small events. Hold your next board or committee meeting at the YOC and see first-hand how more than 2 dozen partner agencies work together to provide resources for young people in our community experiencing homelessness.

The YOC can host meetings as small as 2 or as large as 50 with audio visual capabilities, catering, and diverse seating options. The youth we serve at the YOC—together with our onsite—chef are available to cater your meeting, lunch, or dinner for a nominal fee.

In exchange for use of our space, we hope you will choose to make a positive impact on the young people we serve in one of the following ways:

  • Add 30 minutes to 1 hour to your meeting to participate in a group volunteer opportunity and team building experience for your group.
  • Gather items on our Wish List to help offset our daily costs.
  • Make a financial contribution that reflects the value received by hosting your meeting at the Youth Opportunity Center.
  • Spread the word to your colleagues, family and friends.

If you are interested in hosting a meeting or visit to the Youth Opportunity Center at YouthLink for your group, please contact Frances Roen, Director of Development, at 612.252.1283 or roen@youthlinkmn.org.
