Drop-in Center
Wherever you are in your journey, the staff at YouthLink’s Drop-In Center can help you take the next step. Our Drop-In Center is a safe, non-judgmental place for youth, 16-24 years old, from all backgrounds, races, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
The Drop-In Center is located at 41 North 12th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55403.

YouthLink Drop-In Center Services
What can we help you with?
At YouthLink’s drop-in center, we can connect you to many different resources and services all under one roof. We can also connect you to other organizations for services/resources we don’t offer. Below are examples of things we can help with:
- Basic needs – hot meals, showers, hygiene supplies, diapers
- Clean clothes from our clothing closet
- Free laundry (Washers and dryers)
- Job search and employment assistance
- Help finding shelter
- Assistance getting photo ID and other vital documents
- Computers, phones, and mail services
- Meet with Coordinated Entry Assessor (housing)
- Work with Hennepin County on eligibility for government benefits
- Access our onsite health clinic
- Talk to someone about mental health
- Meet with Drop-In Center case managers or youth advocates to help you figure out next steps
- Safe space to rest and restore off the streets (recliners and couches)

- Monday 9 am- 4:30 pm
- Tuesday 9 am- 4:30 pm
- Wednesday 10 am- 8 pm (6 pm- 8 pm T.R.U.E Group)
- Thursday 9 am- 4:30 pm
- Friday 9 am- 4:30 pm
Please note our drop-in center is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day/ Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Thursday
- Thanksgiving Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
